By accessing or using ToolMint at https://toolmint.cc (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ToolMint provides free browser-based utilities such as text tools, developer helpers, image utilities, and related pages. Features may change, and some tools may be marked as coming soon.

Unless a specific tool states otherwise, ToolMint is provided for personal and professional productivity use without requiring an account.

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service or related infrastructure.
• Upload or process content you do not have rights to use.
• Misrepresent ToolMint output as verified legal, medical, financial, or security advice.
• Interfere with other users’ access to the Service.

You retain ownership of content you enter into tools. You are solely responsible for that content and for verifying results before relying on them.

Because many tools run in your browser, you remain responsible for protecting confidential information on your device, including clipboard contents and local storage.

ToolMint provides general-purpose utilities only. Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, cryptographic, or other professional advice. You should independently verify important results.

Security-related tools (such as password generators or JWT decoders) do not guarantee security outcomes and do not replace professional security review.

The Service, including branding, design, text, and software we create, is owned by ToolMint or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our site materials except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission.

The Service may link to third-party websites or depend on third-party infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, secure, or suitable for your specific use case.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOOLMINT AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50, if you paid nothing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ToolMint and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operators primarily conduct business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when updates are posted. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
